What is the solution-focus?
Solution-focused brief coaching means a partner conversation using interaction tools for the client's benefit. In brief coaching, we focus on progress instead of blockages, the analysis of opportunities instead of challenges, and the desires that will be fulfilled in the future (and in the present) instead of the difficulties of the past. We direct the attention of our clients and conversation partners to this with brief coaching questions.
