Booking policy

An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent about your reservation.

The condition of the chosen service is to settle the total amount via bank transfer due to the given deadline. The invoice will be sent to your provided e-mail address via e-mail.

Of course, an unexpected event (e.g. illness) may occur on both the client's and the coach's side, which may make it necessary to reorganize the appointment. If this situation arises, the basic principle is that the parties notify each other immediately, and that the appointment is replaced as soon as possible, ideally within 1 week of the canceled appointment.

If you would change your mind and don't want to use the booked service, you can cancel it free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment at the latest. If you indicate your intention to cancel within 24 hours of this date, the coach will keep 50 percent of the service fee, and transfer 50 percent back to your account number. As long as you don't indicate your intention to cancel your booking at all (so you don't show up at the booked time = no show), the coach will keep 100 percent of the service fee.
